What is hospitality training?

Hospitality training varies but always focuses on customer service for specific roles in the hospitality industry. Examples include bartender, front desk staff at a hotel, and flight attendant. Because the hospitality industry is large and varied, required training for individual roles also differs. You may choose to pursue formal training at a college or vocational program, or you may acquire a position and receive on-the-job training.
