Job description

Job Overview
A Hospitality Aide is responsible for providing frontline support to guests, ensuring that their needs are met while also assisting other staff members in delivering excellent service. The role involves a wide variety of tasks that can range from basic care needs to more interactive guest services. The Hospitality Aide is expected to be friendly, approachable, and efficient, playing a significant role in the overall operation of hospitality services. By supporting a positive experience, they contribute directly to the reputation and success of the establishment.
 
Must be currently enrolled in a Missouri Approved Certified Nursing Assistant Program, or provide an acceptance letter for the program. This must be complete in the first 120 days of Employment. 
 
Must be available mornings and evenings and be flexible with a team player approach to every day tasks. 
Hospitality Aide Responsibilities & Duties
  • Assist guests with daily activities
  • Prepare and serve meals and snacks
  • Maintain cleanliness in guest areas
  • Help with laundry services
  • Provide companionship and conversation to guests
  • Assist with mobility and transportation needs
  • Support housekeeping staff with room preparations
