We're seeking a dedicated and dependable Hospitality Aide to join our team! This role is essential in supporting residents’ daily care while helping maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Success in this position requires reliability, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. 


Your Impact as a Hospitality Aide 

In this role, you will: 

  • Support Nursing Services (Non-Clinical): Assist the nursing department with non-nursing tasks, including bed-making, passing water and ice, answering call lights, and gathering supplies. 

  • Assist with Meals: Prepare, deliver, and clean up meals following dietary guidelines and safety standards. 

  • Encourage Participation: Support a positive living environment by encouraging residents to engage in activities and social programs. 

  • Maintain Cleanliness: Keep resident rooms and common areas clean, organized, and safe. 

  • Provide Laundry Assistance: Assist with resident laundry services as needed. 

  • Follow Safety & Compliance Standards: Comply with the Patient Bill of Rights, Employee Responsibilities, and all company and departmental safety policies and procedures. 

  • Observe and Report: Identify and promptly report concerns, safety issues, or conditions requiring management or nursing attention. 

  • Assist as Needed: Perform additional non-clinical duties to support daily facility operations.
