Candidates should have experience working with young children and a strong understanding of early childhood development and developmentally appropriate practices. The ideal candidate will support the lead teacher in creating a nurturing, safe, and engaging classroom environment that promotes play-based learning, social-emotional growth, and early skill development. Responsibilities include assisting with classroom activities, supervising students, helping with routines, and supporting individual student needs.
