As a Global Channel GTD Lead, you will lead efforts with HP, Inc's Global and Regional Channel leadership teams. Your role ensures their partner-facing teams and channels are fully prepared to promote and sell NVIDIA's complete technology portfolio. What you'll be doing:
  • Develop a worldwide channel GTM collaboration with strategic goals that align with NVIDIA's enterprise strategy and the strengths of HP, Inc as a partner.
  • Work closely alongside NVIDIA's extended team in collaboration with the global HP, Inc organization, advancing initiatives within HP, Inc's partner network.
  • Gain strategic alignment with channel leadership and resources to influence their plans and investments, proliferating NVIDIA platforms.
  • Develop a trusted advisor connection with HP, Inc's partner leadership, holding regular Executive Business Reviews to keep them informed about NVIDIA trends, technologies, and messaging.
  • Build a closed-loop system that identifies progress against key outcomes such as enterprise platform adoption, pipeline, POC status, and channel partner readiness.
  • Identify and align with leaders from HP, Inc's partner organizations on a focused set of AI partners, accomplishing joint programs to drive pipeline and incremental sales.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams from HP, Inc and NVIDIA to produce executable plans, using joint investments to improve NVIDIA's value through incremental pipeline and revenue.
  • Establish enablement needs, align resources, and engage with field /ales teams at channel partners to ensure AI capability readiness through AI Advisors, Roadshows, Webinars, Virtual Events, etc.

What we need to see:
  • 12+ years of validated experience in the technology industry.
  • Experience in leading OEM PC GTM partnerships, systemically and programmatically developing channel strategies, and implementing programs.
  • Experience with AI technologies and accelerated computing, especially in crafting partner sales strategies.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, along with quantitative, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Strong ability to convey information clearly and work well across multiple teams in a speed-of-light sales environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, mathematics, science, or engineering preferred.
  • Global experience is required.

Your cash compensation will be determined based on your location, experience and the pay of employees in similar positions with 85% paid through base salary and 15% variable compensation. The cash compensation range is 224,000 USD - 356,500 USD.
You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
