We are looking for a Channel Director, Northeast to join our team.

As a Channel Director at Semperis, you will be an essential member of our Sales team.

In support of the Semperis β€œ100% Channel Sales Model” the Channel Director, acts as the primary leader & point of contact for creating & enabling mutually profitable relationships with Referral Partners, Resellers, Value-Added Resellers (VARs) & Distributors across North America.

We encourage experienced candidates with Cybersecurity or Identity & Access Management (IAM) channel sales development experience, and those who are comfortable in a high impact, high visibility role.

The qualified candidate will possess recent, verifiable history in creating & enabling monetized relationships and ramping channel-sourced sales pipeline with Regional IAM or cybersecurity resellers, including successes with regional & boutique resellers engaged in the Cyber Risk and Disaster Recovery market.

What you will do:

  • Recruit & enable carefully focused, mutually profitable partnerships with industry leading consulting, advisory and global system integrator partners.

  • Build Partner (channel-sourced) pipeline. Help β€œSell With” and β€œSell Through” carefully targeted Partners, in close collaboration (overlay) with Semperis field sales

  • Ensure accurate forecasting of revenue & document all partnership activity in SFDC CRM.

  • Coordinate & attend partner joint-marketing events, including in-person & webinar

  • Enablement: Conduct training & coordinate education of Partner Sales, PreSales & Services Teams

  • Evangelize Directory Services Assessment Tool (Purple Knight) and leverage to create assessment offerings with targeted firms which drive additional product demand for Semperis.

What you will bring:

  • To maximize impact, the successful candidate will be based in the Northeast region (PA, NJ, NY, DE, CT, RI, MA, NH, VT, ME)

  • An excellent reputation & 8+ years of relevant Channel/Sales experience in the IT security space

  • Proven track record of creating and enabling successful monetized reseller partner relationships

  • Superlative organizational & communications skills

  • Comfortable with carrying an annual quota for Partner generated revenue and resale

  • High degree of ownership and self-leadership, with the ability to operate effectively in a high-growth or scale-up environment

  • Clear, credible, outcome-oriented communication style with customers and internal stakeholders
