Channel Lead

Reducto

San Francisco, CA • On-site

Full-time

Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO

Job description

Reducto is the agentic document platform for leading AI teams who demand enterprise performance at scale. We provide a comprehensive toolkit for working with documents the way a human would, combining custom in-house and leading frontier models to power efficient and accurate document workflows.
We've grown rapidly, increasing revenue 8x year over year and partnering with hundreds of companies, from leading AI teams like Harvey, Vanta, and Scale, to enterprise customers across FAANG and top trading firms.
Reducto has raised over $100M from world-class investors including a16z, Benchmark, and First Round Capital.
The Opportunity
We are hiring a Channel Lead to build the foundations of Reducto's channel program from the ground up. We're already seeing strong inbound interest from service partners - systems integrators and implementation partners - who want to resell, implement, and manage Reducto for their clients. Right now, that interest has no program behind it. You'll build one: defining the partner structure and agreements, recruiting and enabling the right first partners, and turning today's inbound interest into a repeatable source of pipeline and revenue.
What You'll Do:
  • Builder, Not Maintainer: You have clearly demonstrated taking a channel motion from nothing to something - you can point to a program you personally built, not one you inherited.
  • Program Design: You understand how to structure a channel program: partner tiers, deal registration, agreements, and the commercial rules of engagement that make a partner-led motion repeatable.
  • Builder and Operator: You're comfortable both designing the strategy and doing the early, hands-on work yourself - writing the first agreement, running the first partner calls, building the first enablement materials.
  • Revenue Track Record: You have a demonstrated history of generating pipeline and closed revenue through resellers, systems integrators, or implementation partners.
  • Relationship Builder: You earn trust quickly with partner executives and delivery teams, and you know how to keep a partner engaged and productive long after the agreement is signed.

The core work will include:
  • Designing the foundational structure of Reducto's channel partner program, including partner tiers, deal registration, and agreement templates
  • Identifying, recruiting, and onboarding the reseller, implementation, and systems integrator partners best suited to Reducto's product and customer base
  • Negotiating and finalizing partner agreements in coordination with legal and finance
  • Building partner enablement - pitch materials, technical training, certification - so partners can sell and implement Reducto confidently
  • Owning partner-sourced pipeline and revenue targets, and building the reporting to track them
  • Running a regular partner cadence, including pipeline reviews and business reviews with active partners
  • Formalizing processes and documentation as the program matures, so it can scale beyond a single owner

Bonus points if you:
  • Experience building a channel or partner program at an early-stage AI or infrastructure startup
  • Existing relationships with systems integrators or resellers serving enterprise AI or document-heavy workflows
  • Experience with partner relationship management (PRM) tooling
  • A track record of being both the architect and the early operator of a partner program, not just its steady-state manager

Why Reducto
  • Impact: Your work directly shapes how the world's best AI companies access and use enterprise data.
  • Speed: We move fast, ship often, and iterate in days, not months.
  • Learning: Work alongside world-class engineers, operators, and founders who care deeply about product, precision, and velocity.

Benefits
  • Unlimited PTO, because great work requires recharging.
  • Daily Lunch, enjoy free lunch with teammates in the office.
  • Commuter Reimbursement, we'll cover your transportation costs.
  • Comprehensive Insurance, medical, dental, and vision.
  • Health and Wellness Budget, up to $150 per month for wellness spending such as gym memberships or fitness classes.
  • Parental Leave, flexible scheduling that works for you and your family.

This is an in-person role based in our San Francisco office. We're an early-stage company, we move fast and work hard. Please apply only if that excites you.
Equal Opportunity Reducto is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace. All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to sex, race, color, age, national origin, religion, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, veteran status, or any other protected category.
