Job description

Salary:

As an In House IT operative working with office personnel, delivery drivers, and service technicians with technical questions/problems, it will be your responsibility to manage a variety of the companys technology to maintain uninterrupted workflow throughout the organization.

These responsibilities include:

  • Network installation and management
  • Printer troubleshooting and maintenance
  • MDM installation
  • Crowdstrike EDR management
  • Business phone management and onboarding
  • Internet management
  • Microsoft Administration and Microsoft 365 Suite
  • Apple Business Manager
  • Proprietary sites/applications
  • General IT support
  • Communication with IT vendors

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Windows, Apple products, and MAC.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, verbal, and oral communication skills combined with patience.
  • Ability to efficiently learn and utilize new software applications.
  • Basic use of tools and knowledge of IT hardware.
