Job description

At CMGT, the Front Desk Attendant supports our commitment to Commit. Communicate. Care. by serving as a welcoming and professional first point of contact for homeowners, residents, guests, and vendors. This role commits to reliability, organization, and accuracy in daily administrative tasks, communicates clearly and professionally while assisting visitors and responding to inquiries, and cares for the resident experience by providing courteous service and helping ensure community operations run smoothly and efficiently.
The Details:
  • Monday-Friday
  • 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM (30 hours per week - days may vary)
  • $15 per hour

What You'll Do:
  • Assisting homeowners and visitors with access to the property
  • Answering calls from homeowners
  • Collection of documents
  • Delivering notifications
  • Other duties assigned by the Onsite Community Association Manager
