Job description

We'relooking for an Advanced Professional Services Consultant tolead the successful delivery of Brightree's HME/DME solutions. In this role,you'llmanage end-to-end software implementations, guiding customers through system configuration, workflow design, and training while ensuring a seamless transition to live operations.You'llcollaborate closely with clients to understand their business and technical needs, develop tailored training materials, and drive adoption through engaging remote sessions. Acting as a trusted advisor,you'lltroubleshoot issues, manage escalations, and provide ongoing feedback to improvethe productexperience. This isa great opportunityfor someone with healthcare software implementation experience who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and enjoys delivering impactful solutions.

Let'stalk about Responsibilities:

  • Manage the successful implementation of the HME/DME product to Brightree customers. This includes the management of allprojectrelated activities including Consulting, system configuration, training, training materialsdevelopmentand team/customer communications.

  • Provide remote implementation and training services related to Brightree HME/DME implementations.

  • Drive working sessions with customers to understand and document business and technical requirements for HME/DME functionality.

  • Provide status updates to management using standard reporting tools.

  • Facilitateandconduct group trainings

  • Create HME/DME documentation for internal and customer usage. This includes configuration guides and training materials. Enhance these materials asrequiredfor product updates.

  • Manage customer escalations throughappropriate Brightreechannels.

  • Analyze, troubleshoot,document,and solve software issues reported by customers.

  • Track and report product defects to Support forappropriate resolution.

  • Successfully transition live customerstostandard supportprocesses.

  • Provide feedback to Product Management and Developmentregardingproduct enhancements.

Let'stalk about Qualifications and Experience:

  • Knowledge of software implementations, systemworkflows,andimplementation ofbest practices.

  • 2+ years' experience implementing, project managing or trainingonhealthcare software systems.

  • Experience implementing and/or training on Brightree applications.

  • 1+yearsof experience training users on HME/DME applications.

  • 1+yearsof experience implementingforms-basedsoftware.

  • Familiarity with Software as a Service (SaaS)applicationand performance criteria.

  • Strong analytical ability to troubleshoot and diagnosis technical software and implementation issues.

  • Some experience developing training materials and product reference documentation for healthcare software.

  • Leadership skillsincludingthe abilityto manage customer expectations and drive project results.

  • Experience training software users in a highly diversified environment.

  • Ability to travel up to30% Preferred

At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current base range for this position is: $91,000 - $114,000

For remote positions located outside of the US, pay will be determined based the candidate's geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
