We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Warehouse Management System Implementation Consultant. This role is an exciting opportunity for an organized, self-driven individual to work with our clients on implementation of new accounts, to help end-clients adapt their operations to our customer's software platform.
What You Will Do:
  • Act as the Subject Matter expert on the customer software platform applications across multiple end-clients.
  • Train consultants in the best practice use and implementation methodology of the software platform.
  • Analyze and find solutions for escalated decisions, risks, issues and change requests during the day-to-day interactions with the client and project team.
  • Manage end-client expectations to increase perception of competence, skill, and customer focus of the software project team.
  • Manage end-client expectations to increase perception of value in the software applications to their business and profitability.
  • Mentor/Develop consultants to grow their skills with applying software applications in their specific end-client's warehouse operations.
  • Ensure project teams follow the specific software implementation methodology to meet and exceed expectations of end-clients concerning functionality, timeline and budget.
  • Provide suggested improvement to the software implementation methodologies to improve impact on profitability.
  • Excellent requirements gathering skills to gather and interpret all necessary information including technical requirements for implementations.

What You Will Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management / logistics preferred.
  • Previous software implementation experience with WMS/WES/WCS or similar applications.
  • Previous consulting experience working with and leading customers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, SmartSheets and Azure DevOps.
  • Keen attention to detail with strong follow through skills.
  • Disciplined, self-starter with the ability to multi-task and to work autonomously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to relay information in a timely manner, especially requirements gathering.
  • Ability to decipher application output error logs.
  • Knowledge to read and develop SQL is preferred.

Pay Range: $55 - $63 per hour
Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure.
Work Requirements: This role is considered a remote position with extensive travels to end-client locations throughout North America.
  • Some weekend/night work required as needed.
  • Standing and walking for long periods of time.
  • Occasional climbing on steps, scaffolding, and/or mezzanines.
  • Sitting in and/or driving a vehicle for a long period of time.
  • Working with computers for a long period of time.
  • Working in office, warehouse, and manufacturing facilities.
  • Possible exposure to noise levels exceeding recommended DBA levels.

Travel Requirements: Due to the nature of the work, there may be travel up to 70% of the time.
