Your Role:
As an SDR, you will be at the forefront of our mission, engaging potential customers with tailored sales strategies that showcase the value of ICANotes Behavioral Health EHR. Your focus will be on:
  • Building Bridges: Craft strategic outreach campaigns utilizing Zoho CRM, cold calls, and emails to connect with prospective customers.
  • Solution Showcasing: Leverage your consultative skills to understand the unique needs of prospects and recommend ICANotes products and services that align with those needs.
  • Relationship Cultivation: Nourish warm inbound leads into qualified opportunities by nurturing trust and understanding through ongoing communication.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a dynamic pipeline of interested prospects, effectively transitioning them to our sales closers for the next steps.
  • Sales Playbook Enhancement: Collaborate on refining our SDR playbook by identifying and sharing best practices that drive success.

Qualifications:
  • Sales Savvy: Demonstrated experience (2+ years) in sales or outreach roles, showcasing your dedication to outbound sales efforts.
  • Communication Extraordinaire: Proficient in verbal and written communication, with a knack for crafting compelling messages.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
  • Innovative Problem Solver: A creative thinker with strong analytical skills, capable of finding solutions to complex challenges.
