Healthcare Recruiter - Sarasota, FL
The IPG Team is hiring a Healthcare Recruiter for our Sarasota, FL office - $80,000 to $100,000 in expected Year 1 compensation, plus 50% commission and a real path to leadership. To help you ramp up with confidence, we provide a $400 weekly stipend for as long as it takes to get you fully up to speed - and that money is yours to keep, no repayment required. The Position
We're seeking a motivated, full-cycle Healthcare Recruiter to source, screen, interview, and place healthcare professionals with our clients. This is an in-office, full-time position based in Sarasota, FL - not a remote role. You'll work directly with clients and candidates to build lasting relationships while growing your recruiting career with a team that invests in your development.

  • Proven Sales Experience With a Track Record of Achieving Goals
  • Fluent in English With Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills

  • Able to Commute to Sarasota, FL 34240 and Work On-Site

  • Monday - Thursday, 8:30 AM - 4:40 PM, and Friday, 8:30 AM - 1:00 PM
  • Work On-Site in Our Sarasota, FL Office in a Collaborative, Team-Oriented Environment
  • Manage the Full Recruitment Lifecycle, Including Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing, and Placing Healthcare Professionals
  • Build and Maintain Strong Relationships with Clients and Candidates
  • Develop and Implement Recruitment Strategies to Meet Client Needs
  • Utilize CRM/ATS Systems to Manage Candidate Pipelines and Client Interactions
  • Ensure a Seamless, Professional Recruitment Process for Clients and Candidates
