Job description

The Head of Recruitment Marketing directs all aspects of marketing to prospective advisor recruits, driving familiarity of Janney's compelling value proposition among experienced advisors and nurturing them throughout the lead pipeline. They will plan, execute, and measure the end-to-end marketing strategy for the advisor audience, craft best-in-class marketing resources for our recruiters, and lead both national and local activations across Janney's expanding footprint. Reporting to the CMO, this is a fast-paced role with significant autonomy and decision-making authority, supported by an exceptional cross-functional team, committed leadership, and significant growth momentum.
This is a hybrid role, requiring 2-3 in-office days in our Philadelphia headquarters and occasional travel to branch offices.
What you are good at:
  • Strategic Leadership: The ability to synthesize complex business opportunities into clear, actionable marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop short- and long-term marketing strategies to reach, engage, and convert prospective advisor recruits, including channels, content, and KPIs.
  • Oversee the renovation and on-going management of Janney's online recruiting hub (MovetoJanney.com) for more effective engagement.
  • Create best-in-class resources for Janney recruiters, including collateral, content, and video that showcase Janney's differentiated value.
  • Develop local recruiting activations for key growth markets, new office openings, and newly won recruits.
  • Create and maintain central library of effective, well-designed RFP resources.
  • Serve as a proactive, highly engaged partner to national and field recruiting teams and senior leadership.

What you have:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field; MBA preferred.
  • A strong Marketing generalist skill-set, with hands-on experience across multiple disciplines.
  • A proven track record of delivering end-to-end marketing strategies and activations with clear results.
  • 10-15 years minimum experience in Marketing, with at least 5 years of experience in B2B marketing in financial services.
