What does the role look like?
  • Lead and develop the Project managers team, establishing project governance frameworks, methodologies, and best practices across the organization.
  • Act as the right‑hand person of the COO / CIO and assist with progressing and managing the team’s activities.
  • Oversee the successful delivery of strategic projects and programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives, budgets, timelines, and resource availability.
  • Drive continuous improvement of project delivery standards, tools, and methodologies, with a strong focus on Agile and hybrid delivery models.
  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and performance management to Project Managers and cross‑functional delivery teams.
  • Partner with senior leadership to translate strategic objectives into executable project roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
  • Establish and maintain executive‑level reporting, ensuring transparency on project health, risks, dependencies, and resource utilization.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, executive leadership, and third‑party vendors to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and delivery excellence across the organization.
What do you need to succeed in this role?
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in Project Management, with at least 3 years as a Head of Projects or similar role.
  • Proven track record of managing complex project portfolios and leading cross‑functional teams in technology‑driven environments.
  • Experience within FinTech, Financial Services, Gaming or highly regulated industries is considered a strong advantage.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Strong expertise in project governance, portfolio management, resource planning, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and technology project delivery.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and communicate effectively at executive and board level.
  • Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence or others.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic, and high‑growth environment while driving strategic change and operational excellence.
