About Virio
Virio is building the next-generation B2B GTM stack.
Backed by investors and operators from LinkedIn, YouTube, HubSpot, Rippling, and Google, we turn executive-led content into revenue for the fastest-growing B2B companies. We added $1M in ARR in the last 30 days.
We are hiring a Growth Engineer to own the systems that acquire, convert, and expand users at scale.
What You'll Do
  • Own acquisition loops, funnel optimization, and monetization mechanics.
  • Build the experimentation and analytics stack the whole team runs on.
  • Convert self-serve signups into paying, expanding customers.
  • Own the growth data model. Make every metric attributable.
  • Turn marketing campaigns into product mechanics that convert.
  • Prototype, ship, measure, iterate across the full funnel.
  • Set the technical direction for growth engineering as we scale.

Who You Are
  • 3+ years owning growth or product systems.
  • You architect growth systems and still ship them yourself.
  • You have built B2C at scale, where the product was the growth engine.
  • You understand acquisition, conversion, and what drives expansion.
  • Deep in data, instrumentation, and experimentation infrastructure.
  • You think in funnels and loops, and tie engineering work to revenue.
  • You take ambiguous, high-leverage problems without direction.

Bonus Points
  • You have built an experimentation platform or growth data stack.
  • You have owned a self-serve monetization motion end to end.
  • You have driven viral or loop-driven growth at a consumer company.

Benefits
  • Work directly with the founders
  • Meaningful equity as part of the founding team
  • 100 percent paid medical, dental, and vision
  • 401(k) plan
  • $1k monthly wellness and meals stipend
  • Relocation support for San Francisco
  • Company-wide annual off-sites
  • High ownership, high trust, fast progression
  • In-person culture with a deep commitment to excellence

Full-time, on-site in San Francisco. No hybrid or remote. Virio runs a 996-7 cadence and expects high ownership and high output.
