About the Role
As a Growth Engineer at AirOps, you'll focus on building product-led experiences designed to attract, engage, and convert prospective customers. You'll develop extensions of the AirOps product that drive organic interest and foster deeper user engagement with our platform. Your work will directly influence how potential customers discover AirOps and interact with our offerings, partnering closely with leadership to drive business growth through innovative, scalable systems and technology.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement product features and interactive experiences that expose new audiences to AirOps and showcase value.
  • Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to ideate and ship extensions and integrations that engage prospects.
  • Use data and feedback to iterate on product-led growth initiatives, optimizing for user activation and conversion.
  • Build and leverage internal tools and automation to scale outreach and measure the impact of growth experiments.
  • Partner with stakeholders across teams to align growth engineering efforts with company objectives.
