Compensation: $150K-$250K base + meaningful equity

We are hiring a Growth Engineer to own the systems that acquire, convert, and expand users at scale.
What You'll Do
- Own acquisition loops, funnel optimization, and monetization mechanics.
- Build the experimentation and analytics stack the whole team runs on.
- Convert self-serve signups into paying, expanding customers.
- Own the growth data model. Make every metric attributable.
- Turn marketing campaigns into product mechanics that convert.
- Prototype, ship, measure, iterate across the full funnel.
- Set the technical direction for growth engineering as we scale.
Who You Are
- 3+ years owning growth or product systems.
- You architect growth systems and still ship them yourself.
- You have built B2C at scale, where the product was the growth engine.
- You understand acquisition, conversion, and what drives expansion.
- Deep in data, instrumentation, and experimentation infrastructure.
- You think in funnels and loops, and tie engineering work to revenue.
- You take ambiguous, high-leverage problems without direction.
Bonus Points
- You have built an experimentation platform or growth data stack.
- You have owned a self-serve monetization motion end to end.
- You have driven viral or loop-driven growth at a consumer company.

Full-time, on-site in San Francisco. No hybrid or remote. Virio runs a 996-7 cadence and expects high ownership and high output.
