What You'll Do

  • Maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and curb appeal of multiple apartment communities
  • Pick up trash and debris throughout the property
  • Clean and maintain common areas, sidewalks, breezeways, parking lots, and amenity spaces
  • Assist with landscaping duties including watering, weeding, trimming, and seasonal property upkeep
  • Support maintenance teams with light maintenance tasks and apartment make-ready activities
  • Assist with preparing vacant apartment homes for new residents
  • Help maintain maintenance shops, storage areas, and equipment
  • Monitor property appearance and report maintenance concerns
  • Travel between assigned communities as needed to support property operations
  • Deliver excellent customer service to residents and guests

What We're Looking For

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, janitorial, maintenance, or related experience preferred
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates encouraged to apply
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Professional attitude and positive customer service skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
  • Ability to regularly lift and move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds
  • Ability to walk the property daily, climb stairs, and use ladders when needed
