The International School of Indiana is looking for dependable and motivated part-time Groundskeepers to help maintain our campus and ensure our students, families, and staff have a safe and welcoming environment every day.


This is more than just mowing grass; itโ€™s an opportunity to be part of a close-knit community where your work is seen, valued, and appreciated. From maintaining athletic fields and outdoor gathering spaces to supporting special events and seasonal campus needs, this role plays an important part in the daily experience of our school community.


What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Maintain the appearance and safety of campus grounds, sidewalks, parking lots, and outdoor spaces.
  • Mow lawns, trim edges, manage weeds, and assist with landscaping projects.
  • Water lawns, flower beds, shrubs, trees, and athletic fields as needed.
  • Operate equipment such as mowers, tractors, snowplows, blowers, and trucks.
  • Assist with snow and ice removal during winter weather to help keep campus safe.
  • Repair and maintain outdoor items such as benches, fences, playground equipment, and bleachers.
  • Support campus events by moving furniture and equipment as needed.
  • Help maintain a clean, welcoming environment by removing debris and keeping outdoor spaces presentable year-round.
  • Occasionally assist the maintenance or custodial team when additional support is needed.

20 hours/week, Monday-Friday Days
