Job description

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Property Maintenance professionals to join our team in Evansville, IN. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the facilities are well-maintained, safe, and inviting for all residents and visitors.

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs.
  • Conduct repairs and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and staff.
  • Maintain outdoor areas, including landscaping, snow removal, and general upkeep.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
  • Document maintenance activities and report any major issues to management.
  • Assist with move-in and move-out inspections and prepare units for new residents.
  • Collaborate with contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and services.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.
  • Proven experience in property maintenance or a related field.
