RSC2 is currently looking for a Senior Test Engineer to join our growing team in Aberdeen, MD!

Requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain software test architectures and plans.
  • Execute test cases and threads.
  • Lead fault analysis efforts and troubleshooting.
  • Author test plans and test reports.
  • Evaluate new technologies and assess their maturity for implementation.
  • Locate and coordinate appropriate test sites.
  • Provide test results through formal and informal reports and briefings.
  • Sustain and maintain test environments for fielded systems.
  • Write, edit, review, and prepare technical documentation for publication and presentation.
  • Coordinate support across multiple CPEs and PMs.
  • Build and maintain test systems.

Requirements:

  • Active secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI.
  • BS in Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum of ten (10) years related T&E experience.
  • Experience performing the duties outlined in the key responsibilities.
  • 4-8 years' of hands on electrical engineering experience.
  • Experience with CPE IEW&S or CPE C3N programs and systems.
  • Experience with hardware and software testing methodologies and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency with relevant software and systems (e.g., JMP, Analyst Notebook, ArcGIS, Palantir, BIIR, Google Earth, TIGR, various intelligence-related databases and tools).
  • Ability to work collaboratively with government personnel, contractors, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Salary at RSC2 is determined by various factors including but not limited to location, the particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,000 - $202,000 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical total compensation range for this position.
