Missions

Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for banking applications Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing Identify, document, and track defects using industry-standard tools Ensure compliance with banking regulations and QA best practices Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in software testing, preferably in the banking or financial services sector Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, HP ALM) Familiarity with automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, UFT, Postman for API testing) Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and documentation abilities

Bonus Points If You Have:

Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards ISTQB Certification or equivalent Experience in Agile/Scrum environments

Education & Certifications You Need:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field ISTQB Foundation Level Certification preferred
