Job description

Group O is looking for a Functional Test Lead to join our team. The Functional Test Lead will supervisor, train and monitor workers on lab during production activities.
Essential Functions:
  • Monitor workers on lab during production activities to ensure adherence to work instructions
  • Motivate workers to enhance production quantity and at the same time maintain high production standards
  • Ensure that all devices tested meet quality and customer requirements
  • Ensure product flow is maintained as well as product is correctly identified
  • Train new employees in all processes and best practices if needed.
  • Participate in the creation of Work Instruction for new products
  • Participate in the review of Work Instruction after SW upgrade or improvements
  • Validate failures and enter information into AT&T system
Secondary Functions: 
  • Ensure 5S is being maintained on a daily basis
  • Help maintain and secure golden equipment
  • Participate in physical inventory and cycle counts for golden equipment
  • Provide operator kits and keep control of their content
Education/Certifications:
  • High school degree or GED required
Preferred Education/Certifications: 
  • Associates degree college 
Experience:
  • Minimum 1 year experience managing people
Skills and Qualifications: 
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to train others required
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
  • Medium to Good knowledge of Excel
  • Must be able to use a PC
  • Good communicator and people oriented
