Duration: 12+ months
Job description:
• 15+ years of experience in Quality Engineering/Assurance, with a strong focus on enterprise applications and systems integration.
• Proven experience architecting end-to-end test solutions across complex technology landscapes.
• Demonstrated success managing quality programs for M&A initiatives, ideally within regulated industries.
• Deep domain knowledge of Financial Services and Wealth Management products, processes, and platforms.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools, CI/CD practices, and defect tracking systems.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, Charles River, Broad ridge, or other wealth management systems.
• Certification in ISTQB, PMP, or other relevant credentials.
• Familiarity with Agile, SAFe, and DevOps environments.
