Job description

We are seeking an experienced Senior System Test Manager to lead a team of test engineers to ensure a quality user experience with our products and accessories. 

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience:
    • 10+ years of experience in system testing, quality assurance, or related roles, preferably in a connected device or IoT product environment.
    • 4+ years of experience leading or managing a test engineering team.
    • Proven experience testing integrated systems involving hardware, embedded software, cloud services, and mobile applications.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong understanding of system testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
    • Familiarity with test automation frameworks and tools.
    • Knowledge of hardware-software integration testing and debugging tools.
    • Experience with cloud-based systems and mobile app testing (iOS and Android).
    • Proficiency with defect tracking and test management tools.
    • Expert in Agile/Scrum methodologies 
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Project Management: Working with Project Managers and functional leads to establish project plans, holding teams accountable for their dates and deliverables 
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
