Job description

You will be the Quality Engineer Associate for the Quality Engineering Team. Our team is responsible for ensuring product quality and compliance on the PAC3 missile program.


What You Will Be Doing


As the Quality Engineer Associate you will be responsible for supporting the production line and driving continuous improvement in quality processes.


Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:


Support production line
Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and standards
Establish quality requirements and write work instructions
Evaluate product for conformance to requirements, document non-conformances, train, and support inspectors
Apply troubleshooting skills to prevent recurrence of non-conformances
Evaluate existing quality processes and use engineering skills to make improvements.
