Their responsibilities include designing workflows, integrating Highjump software with other business systems, and optimizing warehouse operations through automation and configuration. Highjump Developers often work with SQL, C#, and other programming languages to tailor the system to a business’s specific needs. They also troubleshoot technical issues and support users to ensure smooth warehouse management processes.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Highjump Developer, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Highjump Developer, you need a strong background in software development, warehouse management systems (WMS), and proficiency in SQL, often supported by a degree in computer science or a related field. Familiarity with Highjump/Körber WMS platforms, C#, .NET, and experience with ERP integrations are typically required, and relevant certifications can be advantageous.
