Role: Infios WMS Product Manager (HighJump / Körber WMS)

Location: Raleigh, NC (5 Days Onsite)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Infios WMS Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and continuous enhancement of our Warehouse Management platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Infios WMS (formerly HighJump/Körber WMS) and a strong understanding of warehouse operations, supply chain processes, and Agile product management.

As the Product Manager, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, operations teams, engineering, and implementation partners to define product priorities, drive innovation, and ensure the platform delivers measurable business value.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for the Infios WMS platform.
  • Partner with warehouse operations, supply chain, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize enhancements.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and operational needs.
  • Translate business requirements into epics, features, and user stories with clearly defined acceptance criteria.
  • Work closely with engineering, QA, architects, and implementation teams throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Drive continuous improvements across warehouse management capabilities, including inbound, outbound, inventory, replenishment, and fulfillment.
  • Support product releases, UAT, production deployments, and post-implementation stabilization.
  • Collaborate with integration teams to ensure seamless connectivity between WMS and enterprise platforms such as ERP, OMS, TMS, and automation systems.
  • Monitor product performance and recommend enhancements to improve warehouse efficiency and user experience.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams for all WMS-related initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of IT and Supply Chain Technology experience.
  • Strong experience with Infios WMS (formerly HighJump/Körber WMS).
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Functional Lead for Warehouse Management solutions.
  • Deep understanding of warehouse operations, including:
    • Inbound Receiving
    • Putaway
    • Inventory Management
    • Cycle Counting
    • Replenishment
    • Picking
    • Packing
    • Shipping
    • Returns Processing
  • Experience managing product roadmaps, backlogs, and Agile delivery.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience implementing or enhancing HighJump/Körber/Infios WMS solutions.
  • Exposure to integrations with ERP, OMS, TMS, automation, and material handling systems.
  • Familiarity with APIs, microservices, and cloud-based architectures.
  • Experience in retail, distribution, manufacturing, or third-party logistics (3PL).
  • CSPO, SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, or Agile certification is a plus.
