Job description

Global Technology Solutions (GTS) at ResMed is a division dedicated to creating innovative, scalable, and secure platforms and services for patients, providers, and people across ResMed. The Role will be responsible for Operational excellence by partnering with business to understand and improve operational systems and processes while ensuring business requirements are being met. Collaborating closely with the business stakeholders, Product Manager and Development Team, this role will be responsible for driving projects from start to finish from requirements gathering to implementation. In addition, this role is responsible for review of tools and technologies for improving performance, reducing costs and manage deliverables. This role will also drive solution adoption by leveraging key change management, communication and stakeholder management principles.

Let's talk about Responsibilities

  • Capable of understanding Resmed business models and strategic direction along with our implementation of systems to assess, recommend, and implement business improvements and initiatives

  • Drive discussions on business processes and initiatives.

  • Define and document processes, procedures and data flows of business systems; configures system settings and options

  • Systems expert for Order Management and Warehouse Management systems and provide support to end users; including but not limited to 3rd party integrated systems, and BI solutions

  • Be the subject matter expert for all systems and processes utilized by Distribution Operations and lead continuous enhancement of the systems to support business processes.

  • Track and monitor effectiveness of projects, recommend and implement changes as needed to ensure business objectives are met.

  • Demonstrate critical thinking when faced with challenging tasks or problems.

  • Provide end user training and manage systems testing activities as required.

  • Lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.

  • Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Let's talk about Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience implementing and supporting Warehouse Managements Systems, preferably HighJump/Korber

  • Experience in Order Management, Order Fulfillment, Shipping, and Inventory functions.

  • Working knowledge of Bill of Material, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Forecasting & Planning.

  • Working knowledge of Data Analysis applications and tools.

  • Familiarity with SQL and database tables, and can write basic queries.

  • Strong project management, business process design and facilitation skills.

  • Experience in all phases of project cycle interfacing both with technical teams as well as multiple lines of the business users.

  • Proven experience managing stakeholder expectations and managing cross-functional teams.

  • Strong familiarity with software development methodologies and change management process.

  • Familiarity with Agile methodology is a plus.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.

  • Outstanding time management and organization.

  • Adept in problem solving and resolving conflict.

  • Able to manage internal customer relationships and expectations.

  • Ability to understand technical vision and communicate it to both technical and non-technical parties.

  • BS in Computer Science, Engineering or Business a plus.

  • Minimum 3 years experience in delivering large scale technology projects/programs in Supply Chain Operations

At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this position is:$113,000.00 - $169,000.00 USD.
