Scheduling the use of Test Environments based on the needs of all stakeholders
Manage the re-configuration of Test Environments as per the schedule, coordinating cross functional resources
Communicating effectively with project teams, resource management teams, IT management and executive groups and all project stakeholders
Escalating resource contention appropriately
Supporting the development of project plans and schedules
Collaborating with the team to accomplish team initiatives, create and improve team and organizational processes Develop a process to track all the test environments.
Create short-term plans to deliver environments to support sprint-based development
Coordinate activities of release engineers to automate the setup and configure the test environments
Monitor and guarantee uptime for test environments
Provide ongoing support for test environments
Communicate availability to project management and testing teams
Develop KPIs to track efficacy of test environment delivery efforts
Resolve conflicts between teams competing for limited testing resources
Move test environment activities toward a goal of 100% automation
Provide estimates for onboarding new projects to test environments
Ensure all components needed for testing exists in each environment from an end to end perspective
Design systems to support continuous delivery and adapt test environment management to support on-demand, self-service automaton
Forecast environment requirements based on anticipated future demand from multiple application development teams
Qualifications
Strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate team members and facilitate change in the organization
Expert knowledge of project management methodologies, processes and tools
Working general IT system technical knowledge for various platform environments
Expert knowledge of scheduling and resource management and conflict resolution
Familiarity with networking, firewalls, databases, file systems, mainframe and midrange systems
Successful track record of effectively managing multiple simultaneous technical activities to completion
Experience coordinating IT infrastructure-related projects
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to communicate with all levels of organization
Solid leadership, motivational, interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to facilitate discussions, identify, analyze and resolve issues
Ability to meet deadlines, schedules and budgeted costs

Expert knowledge of Microsoft Project
Bachelor's Degree and at least 5-8+ years of experience in technology project management (equivalent combination of education and experience may qualify)
Experience in Autosys or other job scheduling tool
Experience with troubleshooting test or Autosys batch failures and experience coordinating with developers to fix the issues.
Experience with regression, functional, and system testing procedures. Experience with development flows and functionality in each release to support rapid continuous delivery.
Must be able to effectively communicate status
