Job Summary:
  • We are seeking an experienced QA / Release Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of application releases across multiple Agile teams. This role is responsible for managing release schedules, coordinating deployments, maintaining test environments, and ensuring smooth software delivery while adhering to Release Management standards.
  • The ideal candidate has experience working with Development, QA, Production Support, Product Owners, and Business stakeholders in large enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end release planning from QA through Production deployment.
  • Coordinate application and infrastructure releases across multiple Agile teams.
  • Oversee development, testing, deployment, and post-production support activities.
  • Maintain and monitor test and production environments to ensure high availability.
  • Develop and manage release calendars and deployment schedules.
  • Collaborate with Development, QA, Production Support, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Business stakeholders.
  • Ensure Release Management standards, governance, and best practices are followed.
  • Identify and mitigate release risks while operating within organizational risk guidelines.
  • Support Continuous Integration and deployment processes.
  • Drive improvements in release and environment management processes.
