  • SDET Lead 8-12 Years is required
Roles And Responsibilities:
  • Configuring Test Environment order to set it up.
  • Participating in Test Environment Setup with an Integrated Development Environment (IDE).
  • Automating the design of a framework and Implementing it as per the structure of the project.
  • Identifying and selecting the automation test cases.
  • Applying various designs and documenting the automation test strategy.
  • Creating an automation test plan and getting approval.
  • Creating, enhancing, debugging, and running the test cases.
  • Collating and monitoring the defect management process.
  • Managing the changes and executing regression tests.
  • Coming up with exact solutions for problems related to object identity and error handling.
  • Interacting with customers/clients to solve the various issues they face and updating on the situation.
  • Experience working in onshore / offshore delivery model.
  • End end accountability for teams deliverables through the entire SDLC/STLC cycle
Required Skills & Qualifications (Technical Competency)
  • 8+ years of experience as a QA Test Automation engineer (SDET).
  • Good understanding of object oriented programming concepts and good experience in programming languages like Java, .Net, Python etc
  • Writing test automation with C#/.NET / any programming language.
  • Extensive experience in backend API / webservices automation testing
  • Experience working with any BDD Testing Framework like Specflow, Cucumber etc
  • Design and implement modular and reusable automated test scripts and Data-Driven Testing.
  • Perform Functional, regression, performance test execution.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills to determine root causes required.
  • Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
  • Knowledge of performance and scalability test approaches and automation desired.
  • Experience with databases preferably MS SQL, NoSQL, MongoDB/Aerospike
  • Experience with DevOps principles, tools, and processes desired.
  • Self-starter who can grasp difficult concepts and large architectures quickly and stay on top of new and emerging technologies.
  • Demonstrated skill in using coding standards and being an active participant in code reviews.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
