LABVIEW Programmer
Dallas, TX onsite (relocation okay)
12 month contract
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare Software Requirement Specifications (SRS) in MS Word.
Design Test Fixture, Test Adapters (which are used as interface between BTE and LLRU) and preparing Wiring Diagrams for test fixtures using MS Visio.
Develop module specific code using LabVIEW using SRS and also develop communication drivers.
Develop the sequences in TestStand using SRS and integrating the LabVIEW code.
Perform tests on working units to validate the LabVIEW code and TestStand sequences developed.
Generate test reports.
Frequently engage with client, take feedback and work accordingly.
Provide estimations and working concepts for new or upcoming projects.
Give presentations about the project plan.
Discuss the problems occurred during the development with team.
Skills Required
Strong expertise in LabVIEW development and NI TestStand integration
Experience in developing test automation frameworks and sequences
Proficiency in creating SRS, test plans, and technical documentation
Hands-on experience in communication protocols and driver development
Ability to design test fixtures, adapters, and wiring diagrams
Experience in validation, testing, and test report generation
Knowledge of hardware interfacing and instrumentation systems
