Our global semiconductor support team comprises 30+ engineers and technical marketing experts spread across the globe, providing crucial support to IC manufacturers in Asia, Europe, and the Americas. Position Summary:
Develop, test, and document reference designs for new products by collaborating with customers, product management, and product definition engineers. Translate end application requirements to evaluation boards that demonstrate component performance under specific operating conditions. Create evaluation boards for reference designs using CAD tools for schematics, PCB layouts, and circuit simulation. Demonstrate test procedures and present results to customers. Collaborate with local laboratories and other Wurth locations to conduct EMI/EMC tests in accordance with standards such as IEC/EN61000, CISPR, and specific customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Development of reference design eval boards.
Electrical measurements to validate components performance using eval boards:
Efficiency

Critical Waveforms for Semiconductor Components
Correlate component performance on eval board to component level parameters
Create application notes to use the eval boards.
Create test reports of component evaluation on eval boards.
Qualifications:
Proficiency with CAD for mechanical or physical design, AutoCAD or other
Proficiency with CAD for circuit design, LT Spice, Spice or other
Proficiency with CAD for pcb design, Altium, Cadence, PADS, KiCad or other
