Job Title: QA Test Coordinator 
Location: Blue Bell, PA
 

Requirement
Verify the quality of the requirements, including testability, requirements definition, test design, test-script and test-data development, test automation test-environment configuration; test-script configuration management, and test execution    
Coordinate with product owner, the QA testing lead, and project managers on test planning, including development of testing goals and strategy
Provide training on UAT to members of the project team or stakeholders with project interdependencies who will be helping with testing
Interaction with test-tool vendor to identify best ways to leverage test tool on the project
Staying current on latest test approaches and tools, and transferring this knowledge to the test team 
Review and validate test results and defect reports by the testers    
Attend project team testing meetings and facilitate as needed with stakeholders throughout the testing process
Create summary reports and communicate defect metrics as required
Participate in defect meetings and other meetings as required with stakeholders
Participate in the triage process for defects including assignments to Development and coordinating ownership and resolution 
Coordinate and follow up with Development Leads and Testers on defect fix estimates and retesting estimates
Maintain the Test Traceability Matrix (tracing the test procedures to the test requirements)
Coordinate Intake Process/Close out Process (e.g. Lessons Learned) for all projects including securing stakeholder (PM and Customer sign off) and that all testing documentation 
TECHNICAL SKILLS
Must Have A good understand of how to test API integrations
Developing testing goals, strategy, and test design in coordination with product owners, QA leads, and project managers.
Excellent communication skills to be able to work with various teams to develop, explain and run through test cases.
Facilitating testing meetings, delivering UAT training, and supporting the Integrated Change Control process.
Leading triage, coordinating fixes and retesting with Development, and tracking/reporting defect metrics.
Maintaining the Test Traceability Matrix and managing testing documentation through intake and closeout.
Test-script and test-data development, test automation, test-environment configuration, and validating test results.
Nice To Have
Familiarity with Azure DevOps
Familiarity with dev languages Python, C#.
Familiarity with Dev Tools like Postman and GitHub
