Kikoff's Rotational Associate Manager Program

Program Overview:

The Rotational Associate Manager Program at Kikoff is designed to accelerate the development of high-potential individuals by providing comprehensive exposure across critical business functions, including Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Business Development and Product Operations. Associates will participate in multiple rotations, gaining hands-on experience, mentorship from senior leaders, and specialized training designed to fast-track their careers.

Program Structure:

  • Initial Training (2-4 weeks): Associates will experience hands-on training across multiple teams, including Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Business Development and Product Operations. This period focuses on foundational training, business acumen, and industry-specific knowledge.

  • Focused Rotations: Following the training period, associates will be matched to specific teams based on their skills, interests, and business needs. Associates will then complete two rotations (approximately 12 months each), allowing deeper exposure, responsibility, and impactful contributions within each area.

Potential Rotational Areas:

  • Product Marketing: Learn how we position, message, and launch products to customers, gain insights into our users and shape the product roadmap.

  • Growth Marketing: Drive user acquisition or increase user retention and monetization through data-driven marketing strategies and experimentation.

  • Business Development: Build partnerships, negotiate deals, and identify new growth opportunities for Kikoff.

  • Product Operations: Learn how to build and scale critical operational processes. Work closely with product teams as you identify, diagnose, and find solutions for product bugs.
