Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and directing calls with professional phone etiquette
  • Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and updating spreadsheets using productivity software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Oversee calendar management and schedule appointments for team members or clients, ensuring efficient time management
  • Handle office management tasks such as supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and coordinating office repairs or services
  • Provide exceptional customer service by supporting client communication, responding promptly to inquiries, and assisting with customer support needs
  • Perform clerical duties including word processing, proofreading documents, and preparing reports or correspondence

Florida O&P is a local company providing Prosthetic and Orthotic care to the greater Jacksonville Area. We are to fill an administrator role in our team. The ideal candidate should have some experience working in a medical office setting and has working knowledge of medical billing, insurance authorizations, medical terminology, vibrant personality and excellent customer services skills. This is a full time position with benefits. Pay will be commiserate of experience and skill.
