Are you a creative, organized marketer who enjoys writing content, managing social media, and helping brands grow online? We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support our portfolio of automotive, retail, and hospitality brands through social media management, Google Business Profile optimization, and marketing coordination.

What You'll DoSocial Media Management
  • Manage two assigned portfolio brands as the primary content creator and social media coordinator.
  • Write engaging, brand-appropriate copy for daily and weekly social media posts.
  • Create and maintain content calendars.
  • Schedule and publish content across social platforms.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews.
Google Business Profile Management
  • Own Google Business Profile content for assigned brands.
  • Keep business information accurate and up to date.
  • Upload photos, post updates, and promote events and special offers.
  • Monitor local search performance, including website clicks, calls, and direction requests.
  • Support efforts to improve local search visibility.
Marketing Coordination & Support
  • Participate in campaign planning and brainstorming sessions.
  • Assist with seasonal promotions, events, and marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate marketing asset rollouts and ensure campaigns are launch-ready.
  • Provide administrative support to help the marketing team stay organized and meet deadlines across 12 portfolio brands.
