Job Summary
We are looking to fill a STAFF POSITION Part-Time key employee for our small office in Downers Grove. (APPROX 20-25 HOURS PER WEEK)

Candidate will work with our team on the following tasks:

- Bookkeeper/Accountant - Using both QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop for bill payments, charges, deposits and invoicing, and Management Reporting. Previous QuickBooks experience is NECESSARY.

We are an 13 year old company with a solid business reputation in the area. Comfortable office environment.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Inventory Ordering and Management.
  • Submit semi-monthly payroll to third party processor.
  • Working with the President on Special Projects and Reports.
  • Necessary skills are working knowledge of Outlook and Excel. Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Daytime Hours can be flexible to accommodate schedule.

Qualifications:
- Proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and colleagues.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in data entry and proofreading.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize workload.
- Previous experience in an office setting, utilizing organizational and time management skills.
