Description: Amazon's mission is to be Earth's most customer-centric company. The Workforce Staffing (WFS) Candidate Attraction team is seeking an experienced Candidate Attraction Strategist to drive strategic talent acquisition initiatives across our US operations.
Role Overview: The Candidate Attraction Strategist will oversee strategic candidate attraction initiatives for WFS US operations, supporting sites nationwide and contributing to our annual hiring goals. This role combines strategic thinking with operational execution.

* Responsible for developing and executing candidate attraction strategies that optimize labor costs and maintain consistent fill rates in volatile labor markets
* Responsible for building and maintaining strategic partnerships with government officials, workforce agencies, and public sector organizations to support site expansion
* Serve as a key representative in critical stakeholder relationships across federal, state, and local levels
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Business Management, Workforce Intelligence, Public Policy, Public Relations, and Employee Relations
* Responsible for implementation of data-driven solutions to reduce cost-per-hire and improve candidate experience
About the Team: The Workforce Staffing Candidate Attraction team is a skilled, customer-obsessed recruiting team that owns candidate sourcing strategies across multiple locations for entry-level warehouse and fulfillment associate roles.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (Blue Badge/FTE) experience
- Experience creating and executing effective talent acquisition strategies
- Experience in analyzing data to drive decisions
- Experience contributing to the creation and implementation of high-quality, high-volume recruiting plans
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and initiatives
- Knowledge of labor market dynamics, sourcing strategies, and candidate attraction methodologies
- Experience in public policy and government relations

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
