  • Role: QA Coordinator (Proofreading)
  • Location: Getzville, NY
  • Duration: 12 months+

Note: 2nd shift 3:30pm ET to midnight
About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented Creative Quality Assurance Coordinator to review and ensure the quality, branding, formatting, and accuracy of high-profile marketing and presentation materials. This role requires strong proofreading skills, a keen eye for design consistency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform quality checks on pitch books, deal books, presentations, templates, infographics, and other marketing materials.
  • Ensure all documents comply with branding, formatting, and style standards.
  • Conduct document comparisons, full-reads, and book-reads to verify accuracy and completeness.
  • Review grammar, spelling, syntax, and formatting for consistency and quality.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deadlines.
  • Make minor proofreading and editorial corrections when needed.
  • Prioritize multiple requests and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
  • Track and maintain productivity and administrative records.

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of Creative Quality Assurance, proofreading, document review, or related experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong command of English grammar, spelling, and editorial standards.
  • Experience supporting financial services, banking, or professional services organizations preferred.

Preferred Skills
  • Understanding of branding, graphic design principles, and document layout.
  • Experience reviewing marketing, presentation, or client-facing materials.
