SCOPE OF WORK
- Prepare materials for meetings, such as presentations, agendas, and briefing documents; track actions and follow up with stakeholders
- Support knowledge management by tracking project progress, compiling reports, and managing SharePoint sites
- Support departmental procurement processes
- Conduct research on trends, competitive landscape, or specific sector issues to support leadership decision-making process. Prepare summaries and reports based on research findings.
- Support the execution of special projects, as needed
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Reports and presentations based on landscape and internal document research.
  • Agenda, action lists, meeting presentations.
  • Completed processes (e.g. procurement)
