Position: Marketing Manager
Department: Marketing
Reports To: SVP of Marketing
Employment Status: Full-Time, Non-Exempt
Office Location: Scottsdale, AZ (On-Site)
Job Summary:
True Spec Golf, the global leader in custom club fitting and club building is looking to add a new member to its marketing team. Founded in 2014, True Spec Golf is headquartered in Scottsdale, and now has over 40 locations worldwide.
Currently, TSG is looking for a creative, well-organized, motivated Marketing Manager who will help execute the marketing, and communications strategies as well as overall brand image for True Spec Golf. This position will report directly to the SVP of Marketing and lead efforts in managing location partnerships, email campaign calendar, material inventory, and event planning.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Manage local marketing efforts with 30+ course and facility partners
  • Lead planning and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Own national and local email content calendar
  • Coordinate strategic marketing events with new & existing partners
  • Provide tools and materials to enable the sales team to function effectively
  • Conduct continuing market research to better understand customer preferences, industry trends and competitive landscapes

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree from accredited university ideally in marketing or communications
  • Strong understanding of audience targeting, engagement tactics, and performance measurement in email and social media marketing efforts
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience working in digital marketing field
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Asana a plus
  • General understanding of the game of golf and golf equipment
