Marketing & Administrative Coordinator (Part-Time)
Presidio Golf Course

Location: In-Office
Reports To: General Manager
Compensation: $25.43/hour + $5.55/hour fringe benefits
Schedule: Approximately 21 hours/week

Position Summary
This position functions primarily as an administrative and clerical support role assisting club leadership with marketing coordination, communication efforts, event support, and guest engagement initiatives. The role supports execution of club-level communications and administrative projects while ensuring consistency across digital and printed materials.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist with social media scheduling and communication coordination
• Support email communications and website updates
• Create flyers, signage, and promotional materials
• Assist with event and tournament communications
• Maintain digital information and online business listings
• Provide administrative support for club marketing initiatives
