Job Description

Assist Partnership Initiatives team with Sponsorship Fulfillment and Proof-of-Purchase, including gathering sponsorship clips and screen-grabs, maintaining updated tracking documents and working with Creative Services, Operations and other internal teams to provide materials for Recap Videos and Special Requests.

1. Assist in the development of sales presentations and executive summaries for key NBC and Golf Channel initiatives and potential sponsors

2. Co-manage sponsorship activation for multiple accounts, which entails coordinating internally with Production and Graphics, and working with client/agency/AE to supply any creative materials, messaging, etc. that are required.

3. Construct and adhere to NBC and Golf Channel project timelines

4. Review and distribute contractual paperwork

5. Light administrative responsibilities

6. Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance


Qualifications

1. Overview: This self-motivated and highly organized individual will assist the Partnership Initiatives Team with a variety of functions including presentation development and internal reporting duties.

2. This individual will also interact with various departments within Golf Channel and NBC Sports in order to coordinate and facilitate key sponsorship sales team activations and initiatives.

3. Bachelor's Degree

4. Minimum 1-2 years marketing experience preferred

5. Experience with deadline driven environment

6. Strong attention to detail

7. Ability to work as a member of a team

8. Capacity to juggle multiple projects

9. Excellent communication skills required

10. Must be able to work effectively within the organization with various departments, as well as external contacts

11. Proficient in Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook
