  • Establish sales targets, channel strategies, pricing approaches, and go-to-market plans to support product launches and long-term growth.
  • Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with key accounts, including golf courses, pro shops, specialty golf retailers, sporting goods retailers, distributors, and other relevant sales channels.
  • Develop new retail and wholesale accounts and expand Sena Golf’s presence across the U.S. market.
  • Negotiate wholesale pricing, commercial terms, promotional programs, and other account agreements while maintaining appropriate channel margins and brand positioning.
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide regular updates on opportunities, account development, and sales performance.
  • Prepare sales forecasts by product, account, territory, and region to support inventory and supply planning.
  • Represent Sena Technologies at golf industry trade shows, exhibitions, customer meetings, and other industry events.
  • Develop and manage a nationwide network of independent sales representatives to support Sena Golf’s U.S. market expansion.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard qualified independent sales representatives based on territory and business needs.
  • Establish territory coverage, sales expectations, quotas, commission structures, and other terms associated with independent representative relationships.
  • Provide product training, sales materials, account strategies, and ongoing support to ensure representatives are effectively positioned to sell Sena products.
  • Monitor representative performance and conduct regular sales reviews and follow-up meetings.
  • Address territory gaps, performance concerns, and representative transitions as necessary.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for independent sales representatives regarding pricing, samples, orders, account issues, and sales-related escalations.
  • Coordinate independent representative activities with direct and house accounts to maintain appropriate account ownership and minimize channel conflict.
  • Partner closely with the Marketing team to support product launches, promotional campaigns, product positioning, and retailer-facing initiatives.
  • Provide field feedback regarding customer needs, retailer expectations, competitive positioning, and market trends.
  • Support the development of sales presentations, sell sheets, trade show materials, product demonstrations, and other sales collateral.
  • Identify potential relationships with golf professionals, influencers, brand ambassadors, and other industry partners that may support brand awareness and market development.
  • Coordinate with Marketing on retail promotions, seasonal campaigns, product launches, and other sales-driven marketing initiatives.
  • Gather customer and retailer feedback and communicate market insights to Product and Marketing teams to support future product development.
Market & Competitive Analysis
  • Monitor competitor products, pricing, promotions, product launches, distribution strategies, and retail placement within the golf trolley and rangefinder categories.
  • Identify market trends, competitive gaps, and new business opportunities that may strengthen Sena Golf’s position in the U.S. market.
  • Provide management with regular market and competitive intelligence based on customer interactions, industry events, and sales activity.
  • Recommend adjustments to sales strategy, pricing, channel development, and product positioning based on market conditions and business performance.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant professional experience may be considered.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably within the golf industry, sporting goods, consumer electronics, hardware, or a related product category.
  • Demonstrated experience developing new business, opening new accounts, and growing sales within a new or developing market.
  • Experience building, recruiting, and managing independent sales representative networks across multiple U.S. territories strongly preferred.
  • Experience establishing sales territories, independent sales representative commission structures, quotas, and performance expectations.
  • Existing relationships within the U.S. golf industry, including golf courses, pro shops, specialty retailers, distributors, or major retail accounts, strongly preferred.
  • Experience negotiating pricing, commercial terms, promotional programs, and account agreements.
  • Strong understanding of retail, wholesale, distribution, and direct-to-consumer sales channels.
  • Ability to analyze sales performance, market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to support business decisions.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across Sales, Marketing, Product, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams.
