We are seeking a Head of Worldwide Marketing & Communications for Amazon Flex. In this role, you will serve as the global leader architecting and overseeing our worldwide marketing and communications vision and strategy across the end-to-end customer lifecycle. This encompasses brand, creative, digital, acquisition, retention, loyalty, product, marketing technology, content, communications, learning experience design, data and analytics, research, and insights

You will lead a team responsible for setting up strategies, systems, mechanisms, processes and programs to support the business in scaling, as well as providing functional expertise that can be used across all locales to improve how we deliver on business goals. This includes owning the global marketing and communications roadmap, advising on country-specific strategies, and orchestrating integrated campaigns that drive growth and engagement while maintaining brand and voice consistency.
This is a highly visible position that requires an exceptional leader who can navigate complex stakeholder environments, while delivering measurable results. You will be equally diving deep to deliver short-term tactical executions, as well as thinking big with long-term strategic planning, using data-driven insights to inform decisions

The ideal candidate will bring proven experience managing and scaling marketing and communications globally, strong analytical capabilities, cross-cultural communication skills, and a track record of building and executing sophisticated go-to-market strategies in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. They will possess exemplary written and oral communications skills, and the ability to earn trust with and advise leadership.
Key job responsibilities
* Drive global marketing and communication vision and strategy, build functional capabilities and roadmaps, and ensure execution excellence to deliver results.
* Lead and develop a highly effective marketing and communication organization across the customer lifecycle, including branding, lead generation, conversion, engagement, product, communication, learning experience design, marketing technology, and research and insights.
* Analyze market and industry trends, customer behavior, and other relevant data to inform product development and business strategies.
* Build scalable and repeatable marketing and communication programs that have broad, but targeted reach

Use lessons learned to create global playbooks, toolkits, and processes than enable programs to scale.
* Oversee the development and launch of go-to-market plans for all new products, features, and services for Amazon Flex.
* Track, measure, and analyze the performance of marketing and communications campaigns, and report results to business leadership.
* Continually experiment and introduce new approaches to marketing and communications that acquire and engage customers in innovative ways.
* Balance strategic planning and capability building, with tactical execution to deliver results.
* Work closely with and advise leadership on marketing and communications strategies, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
* Advise and collaborate efficiently and effectively with the regional business, marketing, and communications teams to support achieving goals.
