WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

As our team is continuously growing, we are looking for a C/C++ developer on-site in Ismaning with a strong background in large-scale software development and OpenXR to extend and improve our Hololight Stream SDK.


YOUR MISSION
  • Design and implement new features and improvements for the Hololight Stream SDK.
  • Develop and extend our OpenXR integration, ensuring seamless compatibility with major XR headsets and rendering engines.
  • Expand and optimize our plugin ecosystem for real-time 3D engines such as Unreal Engine, Godot, and others — enabling high-performance XR streaming experiences.
  • Improve code architecture and design, promoting clean coding practices, maintainability, and scalability.
  • Evaluate and integrate modern technologies that enhance Hololight Stream’s performance and cross-platform capabilities.

YOUR PROFILE
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in C/C++ software development.
  • Strong understanding of 3D render pipelines using Vulkan and/or D3D12.
  • Expertise in clean code design, OOP principles, and software architecture.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • Willingness to work full-time on-site in Ismaning.
Beneficial:
  • Proven experience developing against the OpenXR specification in C/C++.
  • Experience with real-time 3D engines such as Unreal Engine or Godot.
  • Experience in cross-platform development (Windows, Android, iOS).
  • Knowledge of video streaming technologies such as WebRTC.
