Are you a GM-certified technician or experienced diagnostic leader ready to step into a Foreman role?

Weโ€™re looking for a working Shop Foreman who can lead our technicians, drive shop productivity, and handle advanced diagnostics. Tops Wages for the right candidate, $40 an hour plus. ย ย 

This is a leadership position inside a high-volume, well-established GM service department backed by the strength of the Chris Auffenberg Auto Group.

About the Role:

We are currently seeking an experienced Shop Foreman / Technician to oversee our busy Auto Service Department. In this key leadership role, youโ€™ll manage daily workflow, mentor technicians, ensure repair quality, and help maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Lead daily shop workflow & dispatch support

  • Perform advanced diagnostics & difficult repairs

  • Mentor and train technicians & apprentices

  • Ensure repair quality & proper GM procedures

  • Support Service Advisors with estimates & timelines

  • Maintain shop productivity, safety & morale

What Weโ€™re Looking For
  • 5+ years automotive technician experience

  • GM experience strongly preferred

  • GM Certifications or ASE Certifications a plus

  • Leadership / Foreman experience preferred

  • Strong electrical & drivability diagnostic ability

  • Valid driverโ€™s license
