The Richmond Group's Industrial Growth Practice has recently been engaged by one of our top global manufacturing clients to identify a Vice President of Sales, North America - Commercial Executive Leader to help them with an aggressive global growth strategy. This role will work within a high growth division and will report into the Division President (VP/GM). We are looking for a high performing leader that can own and build a group of high performing folks across Sales, Sales Operations, Project Management, and Aftermarket Support.
We are looking for a transformational leader - ready to drive both commercial and operational excellence. We need a strong coach, and someone that is hands-on and not afraid to jump in with the team to solve problems.
This role will be a strategic advisor to the VP/GM on key initiatives to grow and expand the business and footprint (both organic and inorganic growth plans), with a ton of upward mobility long-term both within this particular division and the larger organization as whole as they scale (many divisions, diverse sectors).
