What are common challenges GM apprentices face during their training period?

GM Apprentices often encounter challenges such as adapting to the fast-paced and varied demands of the role, balancing hands-on operational tasks with learning management skills, and quickly building relationships with both team members and customers. Navigating the transition from learning to taking on more responsibility can be demanding, especially as apprentices are expected to absorb company policies and best practices efficiently. However, these challenges are typically addressed through structured mentorship, regular feedback, and exposure to a wide range of business functions.

They work closely with experienced managers, participate in training programs, and handle various operational tasks to gain hands-on experience. This role is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of business operations, team leadership, customer service, and financial management.
