Job Description:

Responsible for owning and managing strategic global logistics partners that support the company's endtoend supply chain and customer commitments. This role focuses on longterm partner strategy, relationship governance, performance management, and operational excellence across transportation, warehousing, fulfillment, and integrated logistics services.

Leads the development and execution of partner strategies, governance models, and collaboration frameworks to ensure alignment with business priorities. Emphasis is placed on executive engagement, service performance, quality, resiliency, risk management, and continuous improvement.

Adds value by managing all strategic, operational, and relationship aspects of complex, longterm, missioncritical logistics partnerships.

Management Level Definition

Recognized authority and subject matter expert in logistics partner management and thirdparty supply chain services. Demonstrates unique mastery of partner governance, operating models, and industry practices.

Successfully operates in highly complex, global environments where partner performance and resiliency are critical to business outcomes. Develops innovative partnership approaches and influences longterm organizational objectives.

Leads large, crossregional and crossfunctional initiatives. Provides mentoring and guidance to lessexperienced partner managers. Routinely exercises independent judgment, sets functional direction, and defines best practices within the partner management discipline.

Key Responsibilities
  • Owns a portfolio of strategic, global logistics partners providing transportation, warehousing, fulfillment, and integrated supply chain services
  • Leads crossfunctional, international teams aligned to partner governance, performance, and transformation initiatives
  • Engages with executivelevel business and partner stakeholders to align logistics partnerships with strategic business objectives
  • Reports partner performance, risks, and strategic insights to senior supply chain and business leadership
  • Defines and executes longterm partner strategies, including capability alignment, scalability, and network alignment
  • Owns strategic relationship governance for the most complex partners, including EBRs, QBRs, and escalation management
  • Drives partner performance management, including service levels, operational quality, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborates with partners on innovation, resiliency, and forwardlooking supply chain solutions
  • Develops and executes strategies for risk identification, mitigation, and business continuity
  • Leads crosspartner initiatives to improve execution consistency, operational maturity, and network effectiveness
  • Identifies and manages operational, commercial, and contractual risks; develops mitigation strategies and negotiates acceptable outcomes
  • Advises executive leadership on partner health, risk exposure, and market dynamics
  • Influences the logistics services ecosystem through engagement with industry leaders and strategic partners
Education and Experience Required
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; advanced degree preferred
  • Typically 10+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or strategic partner management
  • Proven experience managing complex, global thirdparty logistics partnerships
Knowledge and Skills
  • Deep understanding of global logistics operations and thirdparty service models
  • Expertise in strategic partner management, governance, and executive communication
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving capabilities, including operational and financial analysis
  • Advanced business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholderinfluencing skills
  • Strong program management capabilities across multiple, concurrent initiatives
  • Ability to independently manage and negotiate complex contractual and commercial matters
  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and lead through influence in matrixed organizations
  • Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
  • Strong understanding of enterprisescale supply chain operations
