Job description

We are seeking a proactive, detail-obsessed and highly organised Global Partner Manager to join our commercial Brand Partnerships team across a rapid period of growth. You will be responsible for owning the end-to-end campaign delivery across our 360'' integrated partnerships spanning podcast formats, branded content, social media and speaking engagements.

Reporting into the Head of Global Partner Management, you will work alongside the Partnerships Directors and in close collaboration with our creative, content and production teams. The successful candidate will be an individual who defaults to believing all problems are solvable and resourceful enough to find solutions using their own initiative. This is a very unique opportunity to gain exposure to one of the world's leading media platforms and accelerate your learning and development in a team of passionate, curious and data-driven experts.

Global Partner Manager

  • Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing major brand partnerships through exceptional campaign management with multiple industry references
  • Strong understanding of campaign-specific and long-term marketing campaigns
  • Generalist creative skills: the ability to interpret client briefs and provide creative direction for internal teams alongside a critical layer of 'quality control' across all asset production
  • A do-er; solutions-focused and resourceful enough to find solutions using your own initiative
  • A natural collaborator with the ability to work cross-functionally and foster strong relationships with internal teams and external partners
  • Self-driven and capable of independently advancing projects in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills
  • Genuine passion for exceptional client service and creative brand partnerships

  • Willingness to attend production shoots with talent and client, where required
Ideal Candidate
  • A highly organised and proactive operator with 3–5 years of experience in campaign, account, or partnership management within media, advertising, or creator ecosystems - ideally in the US market.
  • They are detail-oriented, solutions-focused, and thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and deadlines, they bring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
  • They have experience working with talent-led or influencer partnerships, understand the nuances of brand vs. performance marketing, and are confident using data to inform decisions.
  • A natural collaborator and strong communicator, they are passionate about delivering outstanding client experiences and pushing creative standards.
